Gravel Pad Foundations

Custom-sized foundations built with a 6x6 pressure-treated wood perimeter, high-grade weed barrier, and compacted #57 stone, set one foot wider than your shed for drainage. The gold standard for shed foundations.

Concrete Slabs

When your build needs a permanent, load-bearing base, we pour 4,000 PSI concrete at four inches thick, reinforced with embedded wire mesh over a compacted aggregate base. The right call for garages, workshops, and anything built to stay put for good.

Multi-Level Pads

Sloped yard? We build stepped, multi-level pad systems that work with your terrain instead of against it. Engineered for hillsides and uneven ground with integrated drainage.

Retaining Walls

When a site needs extra support, we build timber or block retaining walls that hold back earth and create a level building surface. Proper drainage behind every wall, engineered for your grade.

How it works

From Call to Completed, Usually in Days

We keep it simple. Here is exactly what to expect when you work with us, start to finish.

1

Free Estimate

Call or send your details and most estimates are done right over the phone. Tell us the size you need and describe your yard. For complex sites, we will schedule a quick visit.

2

Schedule Your Build

Once you approve the estimate, we lock in a build date that works for you. We coordinate with your shed company so the foundation and the delivery line up perfectly.

3

We Build Your Pad

We level the site by hand or with a skid loader depending on the grade, build the 6x6 pressure-treated frame with Timberlok screws, lay weed barrier, fill with #57 stone, and tamp it level. Most jobs done by afternoon.

4

Ready for Your Shed

Your foundation is done: level, solid, and ready for delivery. We clean up the site and make sure everything looks right before we leave.

Gravel or concrete?

The Right Foundation for the Job

We build both. A gravel pad is the smart, cost-effective base for most sheds, while a poured concrete slab is the answer when you need something permanent and load-bearing. Tell us your plan and we will point you to the right one. Bare ground is the only option we will talk you out of.

Gravel Pad

Best for most sheds

  • Excellent drainage, no standing water
  • Installed in a single day
  • Easy to modify or relocate later
  • No permit required in most areas
  • Will not crack or heave
  • The most cost-effective base

Concrete Slab

Best for permanent builds

  • 4,000 PSI, reinforced with wire mesh
  • Rock-solid, load-bearing surface
  • Ideal for garages and workshops
  • Holds heavy equipment and vehicles
  • Smooth, sealed, easy to sweep
  • Built to stay put for good

Bare Ground

  • No drainage, moisture damage
  • Uneven settling over time
  • Voids most shed warranties
  • Pest access from below
  • Rots wood floors quickly
  • Cheap now, costly later
